I work at iT1 and we are not receiving notificaitons. We havent since 1:29 today. Can you please advise?

Are you not receiving notifications from ANY of your forms? Upon inspection, I found one that uses the Email field value as its Sender Email.
This may cause a DomainKeys issue with your server, resulting to email rejection. Kindly try configuring all your notifications to use email@example.com as their Sender Email.
