Today I discovered that latest submissions of my forms I didn't receive any notification by email that to this form attached. It has been worked ok when this form was built, but now something happened...
Can you help and check the reason of this issue and let us know how to improve it?

Have you check your email's spam folder for the missing notifications? I have tested your form by adding my own email address as its recipient and submitting it afterwards.
I had no problems receiving the email, so if you did not receive anything after my test, perhaps the problem lies on your server's end. If that's the case, I recommend adding our server IP's to your host's whitelist. Please contact your host for assistance in this regard.
Get back to us if the problem persists even after following my suggestion above.
