Is there any other option to create a Custom URL of a Form?

UNFORTUNATELY... that doesn't quite do the trick.

the public form link is easy to identify...

it's the time tracked while building the form, in the admin dashboard, that is unidentifiable...

the urls currently look like this: https://www.jotform.com/build/71740380154956

if there could be even a user ID of some sort in there somewhere... that would be the fix. but of course i realize that would be quite a significant change at your end of things... i'm just out here hoping there's another trick i haven't figured out yet. :)

    Hello,

Can you please provide us some more information on how you want form URLs to look like?

Please note that the link you shared is only used to edit your form through Form Buider.

If you want to share form's URL, which would not include form ID, you can share modified one as it is described at the guide.

I can also suggest to create a custom domain for your form.

    it's ok - i don't think what i am seeking is possible.

i am aware the link i shared is the editing link...

i'm just seeking some way to have my EDITING time more identifiable in my passive-time tracking software. i spend a lot of time editing forms, and then i have to spend a lot of time figuring out which forms those were a month later when i'm billing...

i am NOT looking for a custom form url - i am very aware of that function and it's great - but it's not the solution i'm looking for.

as noted in my post, i assume the solution is one that would be a global change for jotform, so not feasible and not likely to happen.

    thanks for the help though.

I understand how you want the URL to work. Maybe, keep a record of the ID and its form title into a single sheet. That way, you can search ID from the sheet to know what form is it. It's a two-way process, but I'm sure that will work for tracking purposes.

:) yep, i think that's what I'll have to do. I know I'm looking for something that's a massive change to the whole structure, so didn't really expect it to be realistic, but thought i'd give it a try, just in case it wasn't as big a thing as I expected.

    Thanks for the suggestions!
