Although I had this working at one time, the submission forms are getting hung up in the back office and not being routed to the listed email. What's causing this???

I apologize for this inconvenience. I've taken a look at your form and I would like to recommend that you change the Senders Email to NOREPLY@JOTFORM.COM on your Notification 2 in your Form's Email Alerts to see if this helps correct the problem.
