    Hi-

I am no longer getting updates on my google sheet from the JotForm. How can I confirm if the integration is broken and how do I fix it if it is broken?

    Hey there Iz,

Can you please share the integrated form's link or ID?

Meanwhile, you can always delete the current integration and re-integrate your form. This will be also passing on the existing submission data too.

ps. If you have made any manual changes on the integrated sheet, it can break the integration

So it looks like the form is working again. The new form submissions just rolled in.
Are you with JotForm or a user group?

    Hi-
I’m having an issue again. It looks like the googlesheets picked up a column heading and put it in the middle of the responses. It is causing an issue again.
How can I reset the integration to google sheets? If I reset the integration, will it go to a different file?

I would recommend you to reset the integration and avoid making changes on the integrated sheet, this will create a new document where the submissions from the form will be sent to, but you may import those submissions into a different file and edit this second file. The following guides will help you with that:

Please let us know if the issue persists.
