We do not receive emails, which are sent through custom smtp

    Hi ,

    YES I have done this but after that no mail is sending or receiving

    Hello,

    I have checked our mail log for your last edited form and can see that Notification emails have a status of SENT at our end. This means that they were forwarded to your custom smtp for further processing. As you are using custom domain for your mail, it is might needed to whitelist JotForm IPs and domains, so your mail engine did not block them.
