Continue Forms Later: How can I leave the fields blank?

When I display the form. I see every field filled in with "textbox_sample0" or another text or number (see the screenshot).

How can I display the form without these text and numbers?

I think this case is happening because the 'Continue Forms Later' option is turned on from your form settings.

I assume you clicked the 'Fill Form' once, then whenever you open the form, fields are filled with these sample texts.

Please, check your form by clearing your browser caches or with another browser. Let us know if you encounter any problems.
