Hi there, My data is no longer populating the associated Google Docs spreadsheet. It stopped sometime yesterday.

Can you try to refresh the integration to do this you will need to remove the current integration and open the My Forms page using Google Chrome to re-integrate.
Please let us know if this works or not.
