    Dear Eric,

Thank you for your response. I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your form mailer for

In order to be able to send email through the hosting accounts that we offer you must use the following relay server in your code:

    Port: 25

If you use a 'From' address field in your script please ensure it uses an email address listed at a domain that is applied to your hosting account.

You do not need to provide a user name and password for this relay server as it does not require authentication. The SMTP server is limited to 1000 emails sent per day per hosting account. This limit cannot be increased on shared hosting.

Shared Hosting does not support IMAP or POP functionalities. If this is something you require, you will need to look into using a VPS or a Dedicated Server.

Can you please provide us the link or your form ID for us to check further?

Also, please try configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "", respectively.

If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:

Just please let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you so much!
