i have try to create a form. but it wont delivered to my notification email. i have checked everything. my email is working fine

Can you please configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "email@example.com", respectively.
If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:

does work . i can recived it sometimes.. but not everytime i can recived when i submit the forms.
i think something is wrong at ur server
