Would be good if you could "get a pre-filled link" in the same way that google forms does, This way I could fill out certain information needed for each of my clients in the form but save them the trouble of doing so themselves. Or to fill in information already given to me in previous contact via e-mail etc.

Instead of following this guide you can also use Prepopulate Fields App to generate a prepopulated form URL.

As far as I know, this app works in the same way as Google Forms. Please check it out.

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us anytime.

Yes that option is close but not quite the same. For example you can not leave fields empty that are "required fields"

Actually, you can leave fields empty that are "required fields". I checked your form. In order to see the 'Progress Bar', you need to fill the first question. Because we hide the progress bar unless the first question is passed. Then, the progress bar will be shown and you can delete your answer.

Please see the screencast of my sample form in the below:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further questions.

That's a good workaround I did not think of that, the only issue I seem to have now is that if I don't fill in my 3rd question "Additional Email?" as a positive or "yes" then the remaining fields are all hidden. Possibly some kind of conflict with the conditional logic applied to the field?

Would be great if there was just some sort of spreadsheet or grid to fill in fields without using the actual graphical step based form to pre-fill info

Thanks for the help so far!

On the Prepopulate Fields App, even if the Yes/No Question field is filled, it will not be included in the generated URL. Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

As for this concern, I have moved it to a new thread considering it is more like a feature request. Please click this link to view the thread — https://www.jotform.com/answers/1469668

Ok, I think I can work with this thank you, although I am finding it difficult to not have disappearing fields throughout the process.

That's good to know. Although I'm not exactly sure I understand what you mean by, "I am finding it difficult to not have disappearing fields throughout the process.".

    Can you further explain, please?

Maybe this screen grab will help, I think it has something to do with my conditional formatting which hides and shows questions. But I can't seem to figure out any logical reason behind particular elements being hidden in this pre-populate app

It seems like this is a bug. I am moving your question to a new thread to prevent any possible confusion.
