Hello,
I created a scheduled email to be sent on May 10th (TODAY), and it's not there yet! It is a reminder before my webinar which will start in 6 hours and 20 mins form now.
So When the scheduled email will be sent to the recipients?

I would recommend you to kindly check the email history of your account and see if the emails show up there: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
You will also find if there was an error on the emails or if they were successfully sent. Also, it's recommended to check the spam/junk folder since the emails may have ended up there.
In case you do not find the emails in the logs, please provide us the submissions details, we will have a look on your form.
