Account: Not receiving verification email

Hi, I want to start creating forms, just signed up, but haven't received the verification email so can't get started. I've tried resending it a few times/refreshing but nothing is coming through or being caught in our mail filter. My email address is luc.sidebotham@newground.co.uk. Is there a problem with my verification?

I checked and your account details are all correct. The email was sent three times to your mailbox. Please check your spam/trash folders.

If you still cant find it I can post the registration link here on the forums (ill just make the thread private). Or if you prefer I can verify your account myself?
