My company has 2 different account with jot form.
Last week accidentally one of our employees stoppayment in one of the account that we have, but it looks like you cancel the other one.
And if is possible, we are considering to have 1 main account where we can add all our contact forms.

We can move the forms between accounts. If you would like to merge the entire account, it can be done too.
