Why do I not get any information back when I do a test, of the form.e Cato said

     To start the form that is on my website? My website is www.katoballroom.com and was developed by Mankato Web design. He went out business or doesn't answer his phone. But when I fill out that form,  and hit send, on my website, when you send me something back to me there is nothing there. Don't know how to do a screenshot but if you look @ the web sitt is www.katoballroom.  I tried to develop a new form on your website as you can see.

    Down below you can see a brown bar when I tried to put in that new form, form would be covered up by that Brown bar at the bottom just by by th

    According to our records the form displayed on your Contact Us page belongs to the username peschomd

    Which is a premium account and it is under Mankato Web design as you have properly stated above . However, I can see the form is set to send to  info@katoballroom.com, which is the same email that appears on your page  http://www.katoballroom.com/contact

    I have rebuild the email notification body so you should recieve now the information from your visitors
