I am trying to verify that my form works properly. I have tried to process payments using PayPal 3 times. Each time I get the error message "Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
I don't know if this is a JotForm integration issue or a PayPal issue. What am I supposed to do now?

That's most probably with your Paypal account.
