Is there a way to save form elements?

Hello, is there a way to save form elements to be reused? For example, we often use the dropdown field for Australian States (ie VIC, NSW, QLD etc). It would be handy if there's a way to save the drop down field with these options, rather than having to copy them from previous forms.

There's no way to save a field per se but we have a FIELD MANAGER APP that should allow you to copy a field from one form to another.

However, it's easier to just add another dropdown field on a new form, then copy/paste the options from the previous one. It's just a two-step process and shouldn't require too much work in my opinion.

Nevertheless, kindly give the field manager app a try and see if you prefer to copy fields that way.

Hi Jim_R, thanks for the quick reply. It would be great to have such a feature so that we can share such elements among the team. In addition to Australian States that is fixed, we also have a dropdown listing our Sales Reps which changes. Being able to save such an element with the ability to share it with the rest of the team would minimise errors and double-handling.

In that case the best option would be to create a new form and add your desired dropdown fields with options. You can then take advantage of our "Field Manager" app to copy the desired template form fields to any of your form.
