I have setup the intergration on my form and entered the API key. I have submitted two forms and get the email notification tha they are there but they don't show up in Mail Chimp?

Can you please try to do a refresh of the integration. That is, try to remove the integration, submit the form to get at least 1 data, then re-integrate again to Mailchimp. Try also to get a new API key.
Please try this process, then update us if the issue persist.
