how to link two jot forms

I want to link forms and make one master form and data sheet 

Can you give us more information on the form that you are trying to build? Normally forms acts as a single form where it shall only be sent upon the actual submission.

However, one thing I could think of is redirecting the user to the next form after making a submission. This can be done by setting your form's thank you page to go to the next form instead of showing a message.
