I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to disable my form after x number of tables has been booked.
I.e I have 62 available tables to sell for a market. The user is able to book between 1-5 tables for the event. After 62 tables have been booked, i need to form to disable itself so users can't book tables that are not available..
Is this possible to do, or do i have to disable it manually when i've recieved the maximum number of bookings?

Based on my understanding of your concern, I would suggest that you use the Inventory widget.
Under General tab of the widget settings, you can set the description of what you are selling.
There you will also be able to set the number of available products.
Since from what I understand you would like your respondents to only book 1 to 5 tables on every form submission, I suggest that you set the Quantity Input Type option of the widget to Dropdown and set the Quantity Range to 1-5.
An error message that you can customize will appear if the respondents will try to select a quantity that is more than what is available.
If there are no items left, the item/product will be crossed-out and will be disabled.
I would suggest that you also set the Inventory widget as required so that it will be impossible to submit the form if the widget is not filled correctly or there are no remaining items left to select.
For example:
I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please do not hesitate to let us know.
