A couple times a week I have clients say they are uploading a file to me and it doesnt attach. I have had a few of them send me the same picture via another method and I upload it and it works fine. I am frustrated as I am not sure if I am loosing business, these are just the people that have contacted me about it, others may just move on.Page URL:

We apologize for such issue. I have been checking your website but cannot find the form, can you please resend to us the exact webpage where the said form is embedded?

Hi, I would like to inform you that the first thing I noticed about your form is, the upload field is not setup to be a required field.
Users of the form can skip the uploading of file and still proceed submissions.
This is the main reason why you have data submissions but no uploaded file.
Another thing is, since you are on basic free subscriptions, there is a limit of 100MB maximum allowed. I checked your account and you already exceeded the submission's allowable upload space for your account. You will have to delete submissions with uploaded files to free up space.
Hope this help.
Please inform us if you require further assistance.

Thanks. I deleted files yesterday, in fact it is currently empty. But I have had 2 people tell me they can not up load in the last 12 hrs. So is that 100 MB an over all amt, so once you hit it you are forced to upgrade, or is it a revolving 100MB- that as long as you delete you can use it over and over?

It does not force you to upgrade if the account exceeded the limits. It is still your option to do or not. You have to understand though that once you exceeded any limits (submisisons, space, SSL), the form will be disabled (it will not be allowed to received any more submissions)
For free account, the 100 MB is an over all amount for the account. You will have to delete submissions with uploads to free up space over and over.
