JotForm actually has two free accounts: guest accounts and registered free accounts. But we strongly suggest you to register since guest accounts only rely on browser cookies. Also you can receive more submission limit when you are registered.

Normally we are happy to try to help you with this problem but currently I seem to be unable to locate your account since apparently it was a guest account. Do you happen to know the account name that shows when you log in?
Also, if you had upgraded to the Premium or Professional Plans could you please provide us with an Order Reference Number that you received in your email when you bought it if this is the case?
Additionally, I'm marking this thread as private so that nobody can else except you and our support team can see this thread so that you can provide us with more information that we're going to need to try to locate your account.
