    is my notification email in your bounce list?

    Hi,

    I organise the jotform account for babymassage.org.uk and we have not been receiving notifications since testing back in August/Sept. The test emails don't arrive - and looking at your forums it looks like this could be because our email is in  your Bounce list. Could you please check this, and if it's not, then advise what the problem is? if it is on the bounce list could you advise how to prevent this. Would it be better to use the gmail address as detailed below.

    Jotform Account: tammy7

    Notification email: info@babymassage.org.uk - which forwards to sscbmassage@gmail.com

    Hi, 

    Neither of those emails are in our bounce list.

    Can you please configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com", respectively.

    If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251

    Thanks for your help.

    we've added the IP's to the whitelist, changed the sender and recipient details as you suggest and no tests come through.

     

    As a last gasp I have also changed the receipient email address to the gmail one, and that has no effect either.

    It all worked fine back in August when we set it up.

    Help please.

    Hi dear all,

     

    I think we have same problems.

    We help our customer to build their contact from for their event.

    The event URL: http://tbswork.com/2013-APAC_PartnerPlus/

    Around 3 month ago.  Our coustomer can not receive email notification.

     

    We can get our testing email ( Gmail, Yahoo email, hotmail).

     

    Only their company own email can not.

    We've added the client IP's to the whitelist and checked the settings.

    Everything seems fine.

     

    Is there any way to solve the problem?

     

    also what is "bounce list"?

    Your recipient settings is something wrong but I have it corrected for your convenience.
