We are having a problem with notifications being sent after from is submitted

    I have paid service and wanted to know if i could get some help on email notifications of our website forms. This has been going on for a bout two week and i have deleted and recreated the notifications and still get the same result

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Can you please configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com", respectively.

    If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251

    I have configured the email senders as you instructed and I have added the IP address and the forms are still not going to my email. HELP!

    Your mail server rejected the message from us, due to the following reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering.

    That is why your k******@f***************.org email address was added to our bounced list. Now we have removed your email from the bounced list. Please re-check email delivery from your side.

    Also, please whitelist noreply@jotform.com email if possible.
