Compte suspendu

    Bonjour,

    Je m'inquiète. Je viens de remarquer que mon compte vient d'être suspendu. Plus auccun accès à mes formulaires que j'ai créés depuis les 3 dernières années. Je suis en periode de recrutement et d'appel de projets. On peut dire que c'est pas cool du tout et ça tombe toujours au moment ou on en a le plus besoin.

    J'aierais avoir des explications rapidement. MERCI

    Your account currently shows that you have exceeded the limit of storage for a free account and that is the reason for the suspension.

    You can find the limitations of the different pacgages here: http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

    You can upgrade your account at any moment.  This is also true about downgrading your account.

    Plase take a look at the plans that we currently offer and choose the one that best suits your needs.

    Yes, I would like to upgrade but it's impossible to access to my account.

    Here is what it said when i try to :

    Due to terms of use violation, your account has been suspended. It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue.

    But ?!? I dont' understand. I think it's a mistake.

    I hope this account could be reactivate.

    Quick note.  One of the added values of upgrading is that a warning is issued before we suspend an account.

    Yes, i just seen this email on my mail (which is not my principal). Perfect. Thank you. All is OK now :)
