    Welvin,

    Thank you, but when I hit the test email button, it says the test is going to my email address instead of the person I'm requesting get the form. What can I do to change this?

    Hi,

    Test Emails are set to send alerts to the email that is associated with your account to avoid spam. That's how Test Email works. Make a live test submission so you can check whether its working or no.

    Also, please whitelist jotmails IP addresses just to make sure that your form notifications will go through all email recipients.

    Or, set your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com as shown on below image;

    Thank you.
