Can I get a signature for a rental agreement form?

We are in the process of setting up a self-storage website and would like to create a rental agreement that includes a place for the renter to include their credit card information and a signature.

I know we can use the encryption for the credit card info, but I am not sure about the digital signature.

Does JotForm give us any option for the signature?
