I'm setting up my website and your forms are not working already.. I recently found your forms service and intergrated them in my store and now they're not working??? I'm scrambling to get a solution... Can someone contact us about this matter? ALso we're trying to edit the forms that's on our store and the forms have all turned "White" and not the ones we've designed for our sight. It looks like it crashed and unable to forward to PayPal.com

Thats not the form I designed with black background. Also we're trying to edit our "Exotic Car Rapid Reservation Form" and it's not what we designed as well as it's not letting us edit the form as well and it kicked our payment (PayPal) Info out as well..

It kicked our products out and it looks like we have to design the forms over again... Not a good start. We cannot lose money.

Can you please tell me which form I should be looking at in your website at http://www.thelavishstore.com/ ? In the screen I provided previously, I though that was your "Exotic Car Rapid Reservation Form" already.
Can you try logging out of JotForm, then close the browser, logged in back and try editing the "Exotic Car Rapid Reservation Form" again..
Will await for your updates.

The home page, scroll down and what happened is I tried to edit the form we already design with a black background and our products into the form and on Jotform.com all of my forms are now white, our products are not intergrated and I tried to add a disclaimer in and saved the form, now the form is "White" background. The form changed without us changing it. I will do what you tell us to do..

Ok. I did exactly what you told me and still my forms are no longer the same as what we saved. All products have been lost.

I checked your form "Rapid Reserve" (aka Exotic Car Rapid Reservations) and I found the products/items are not yet setup in the payment form wizard
You can click on the wizard to continue the setup. (I am not sure if you did this already, but I can see there is no product/item there). It must not have been saved when you did it earlier.
Also the form background is white. You can change it in the Preferrences/Form Styles/Background and set the value to #000
I can see the embeded form at http://www.thelavishstore.com/ . You may want to use the iframe embed code of the form to eliminate any script conflict between the form and those in your website.

Jonathon, your forms CRASHED! We submitted all of our information days ago, today we added Rapid Reservation on our home page and Jotform crashed today. We checked the other forms "Already Reserved and Reservations New York/Miami" and those forms we not affected. We now have to re do the other 2 forms that crashed today. This scares us as a company, when if we edit our form, it may crash again. Check our other forms and you will see what we're talking about.

Can you please clarify what form "crashed". I have checked your account, and I can see at the moment that you have at least 4 active forms but none of them have any submissions yet.
If you can provide me a visual screen on how 'crashed' happen, that would help us understand the issue.

Please see Special Order Form NYC - MIAMI and also see "Already Reserved" forms and these forms were not affected today. We edited forms "Rapid Reserve" and Exotic Car Rentals at The Lavish Store" thise forms for some odd reason afte we saved them earlier today everything was fine, we returned to add our disclaimer to the 2nd two forms and they both lost all of our products as well as the designed forms we created today. Click on each form and see the products and you will see what I'm talking about.

We apologize for any inconvinience caused.
As of this time, I can see no reasons for the form builder not be able to edit the form.
I tested this on my end, and I was able to redo the products configuration wizard and setup the products again.
I understand the hassle of doing it again, but it seems this is the option we can take for now. Please try to do this to be able to setup the form again in the way you originally wanted it.
Do inform us if you encounter any issue when doing this.(if there is form 'crash' again)
