none of our clients form request have come through for over 2 weeks now! is something wrong on your end?

We apologize for the inconveniences that may have caused. I have checked your account and you have too many forms, can you please let us know which form you are experiencing the said issue?
To clarify your query a bit, do you mean that you do not receive any email notifications when someone is submitting a data to your form?
