Please see attached screen-shot. The drop-down options are not being contained within the drop-down field. Kindly look into it and revert.
This happens in chrome browser, regular and incognito mode.
The display in Microsoft Edge is flawless. Just FYI.

The issue seems to be caused by the theme applied to the form. When I use the default theme or remove the current theme, the field displays as expected. Here is my test form using the default theme:

If possible, try applying a different them or using the default theme and see if it resolves the issue.
