how to customize the a field of email template

Sorry this is not what I meant at all. I am trying to see where the code is stored to remove the {otherGiveaway:Total}. I can get to the template but cannot find where this tag is stored so that I can remove it.

I assume that you would like to remove the parameter from your email templates. To prevent confusion, I need to know what information that comes from the payment integration you would like to remove from email templates?

If you change the parameter of the payment details row in email templates to {otherGiveaway:product} instead of {otherGiveaway} you will only obtain the details of selected product:
