Is it ever possible to send email from a HIPPA compliant form that contain PHI when those emails are delivered internally (i.e. within the agency that built the form and submitted by users within that agency)?

We can no longer search by first or last name in our form submissions. Is this a known issue, and is there a fix for it? I attached a screenshot illustrating the issue

Sorry but your screenshot didn't come through. Can you please post it again?

When you are searching is there any trailing whitespace? or any space before the name?

Please check it again, it should work.

Just to answer your other question, you should be okay to send notifications with HIPAA. Your recipient should receive an email like this:

For us to address the problems properly, I've moved the search issue into a new thread. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1476070

As for the email, you cannot customize the template, so there's no way you can have the PHI in it. You will have to access the submissions page or give permissions to someone to view the information.
