For my current form, I have someone trying to submit, however, the person reports that when she hits submit all the data clears from the form and the submission does not go through. My form is here: https://form.jotform.com/80998352484168. I tried it and it works fine. Are there browser limitations?
Additionally, for the save later feature, is there a way for me to see any details of what someone submitted. Right now I only see this screen, which does not allow me to see any contact information.

I have tested Save and Continue feature on Card forms and it seems to work properly for me too. Has the respondent you've mentioned received a save and continue link to his/her email?
Also, if you could tell us which browser was used, we could perform more tests.
If the form was submitted, the save link will open your blank form as the session wil be cleared on form submit. But, in this case you should have received a submission.
As to your additional question, I'm afraid the unique link is only sent to form respondent and I can't find an option to re-create it manually using the information on your screenshot.
