Can I send different autoresponder emails based on the answers in my form?

Basically, I wanted to know whether or not it's possible to send different emailed based on the answers given in my form. 

For example: We ask in our form if they are interested in a specific service we offer. If the participants responds with 'Yes' I would want to send them a specific email about that service. If they respond 'No' I would send them something different or nothing at all. 

Is that possible?
