why does my jot form not forward to my email account like all my other emails. I have it set up with my firstname.lastname@example.org and that email address is forwarded to my email@example.com that is set up on my MAC. but the jotform does not forward..what do i do

Did you meant that you have a rule in your email that should have forwarded all incoming email messages from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com ?
I checked the email logs for firstname.lastname@example.org and found that notification email are properly sent to it by JotForm. You can check it on this email.
Now, if the forwarding rule is not happening, perhaps you will have to check it on the email client you are using or the rule itself..
