I am getting these errors on links a few times a week and wanted to know if there is an issue. Here is the link

It is probably because of the upload problem on your form user's end. It's generally happening when there is a disconnection or an intermittent issue on internet connection in the middle of the uploading process so the file may sometime be broken. I'd suggest to please ask the user to re-upload the files. Thank you.

interesting - is there a way to code in if there was a disconenct so the user is aware that there was a break in communication and have the form come back to resend? or is this based on the OS being used? Mainly there are people using Apple IOS in smart phone, Droid, and some computers aswell - so alot of mix there

No, I am sorry. There isn't a way to do that yet, at least not from within JotForm's system.
