Hi. I can't seem to get into my account where my forms are stored. I only have one form available in my account and my billing email address is the one that I'm using. Please help!

Your current log in shows you were using the username gbbennette which is the FREE account.
You must be referring to the BRONZE paid account ginabbennette
You can log in to the paid account username at https://www.jotform.com/login
You should see the forms in My Forms list once logged in.
