Formularios a ser llenados por etapas

Hola deseo generar un formulario el cual, por ejemplo, lo llene yo con ciertos datos y que al dar enviar pueda ser enviado a otra persona para que esta a su vez complete el llenado ¿es posible esto? como se puede hacer?

I wasn't sure if I understood your question completely, but you want to create a form and send to a person(or persons) so they can fill it and you will receive the information filled?

Then make sure that Notifications are created in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

When your users submit the form you will receive the information to your email address.

Gracias por su respuesta, pero, no, lo que yo quiero es llenar un reporte de fallas de x sistema por ejemplo y que al dar enviar este formulario llegue esta persona y esta persona termine de llenar este formulario por ejemplo con el detalle de la solución y las evidencias, es decir, un llenado de formulario en dos etapas

Thank you for additional information, so you would like to have your form filled by one person and then conditionally sent to another person for further filling, that is possible, you should check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

It should help you in creating a process where one person is filling the form (or edit the filled form), submits the form and then that form will go to another person finishing the edit.
