How to Delete My Submissions Count?

    Hello, well from what I see I have the same problem as everyone in this place. How can I clear my shipping count? I have already done all the steps about five times, so what can I do?

    Hi BD Repuestos,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account limits, and they are all within the limits of the Starter plan. I also recalculated your monthly submissions, and they now reflect the right usage of 5/100. Please keep in mind that when you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period or upgrade your account to increase your limits. You can check the start date of your next limit reset period from your Account Usage page. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Click your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    2. In the dropdown, click on Settings.
    3. Now, go to the Usage tab and check your monthly limit reset day.
