Hi, please help me out , after i have created a form, i want my customer to receive a copy of form they submit to me while i recieve the original membership form.
let me have the step to step guild please

You can receive the information to your email by setting a notification on your JotForm while an auto-responder can send a confirmation to the email address entered by the user on the form. I have checked your JotForm and see that the a notification and an autoresponder has already been set up on the form.
Generally, when an email address field added to the form, the autoresponder and notification shall be added automatically to the form. If you need to make any changes to the email, the following guides can help you with.
