Account: error in adding sub-user

    When I try and setup a sub user I get the following message, even though I have not setup any sub users so far.

    Bad request (/user-subusers) - Sub user limit exceeded

    Unfortunately, you have a HIPAA account and we cannot view your account at our side.

    Make sure you have logged in to your account, you could also try clearing your browser's cache or try opening JotForm in an incognito mode and add a sub-user.
