    Hi,

    Please try to view your form using this link, http://www.jotform.ca/form/22326838063252 and let me know if that helps you see the changes you've made.

    Please notice the changes from http://form to http://www to the URL of the form. Please do the same to the URL in the embed codes that are placed into your website.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks

    I also noticed on the form itself that the "please enter voucher codes" tab is in the wrong place. The way you had it in your link is EXACTLY the way i would like it.

    Thanks once again :o)

    Hi,

    Please use this link: http://www.jotform.ca/form/22326838063252 and embed your codes like this;

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.ca/jsform/22326838063252"></script>

    Please be sure to place this codes to your website HTML editor. Your current embed codes is broken in your site because you are probably pasting it on your Visual Editor;

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you

    Sorry to bother you again,

    But do I just copy and paste

    this into my website? I'm sorry, but I am really new to all this so i find it a little confusing.

    Also, I need to make sure the codes are hidden (which is why i highlighted them in black with black text). Is this maybe why it is not working properly?

    No Worries, my pleasure and job to address your needs. :)

    You can removed the codes if you justwant to  redirect them into your form. But if you want to show the form directly into your website, the embed codes is the best. Just please paste it on your site HTML editor and not to visual.

    By the way, what type of engine or software or third party site that you have used in creating your website? Let me know so we could give you additional guide.

    Thank you.

    Haha...omg...all this terminology is too high tech for me ;o)

    I used magento to create the website. I was basically just copying and pasting the link you gave me into the CMS page editor. But I guess its not updating like that. If you go to my site...www.shadesof50.com and click on the voucher redemptions tab at the bottom, I need the customers to click on the "redemption form" which should automatically direct them to the jotform. Only problem is that the jotform isnt updating to the one you fixed. How do i paste it on the HTML editor (not sure what that means).

    Thank you so much

    I'm sorry to hear that.

    Only problem is that the jotform isnt updating to the one you fixed.

    - Please try to clear your browsers cache and view the link again.

    How do i paste it on the HTML editor (not sure what that means).

    Please check this guide on adding form to magento website:

    I hope this help you. Please let us know if you have further questions.

    @sgangji

    That sounds like a problem with your website cms (Magento). May I ask what your site's URL is so we can investigate what's causing your issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi, if you are still having issue about this, please try to test this page. Is this how you wanted it to happen on your form/page?

    Will wait for your updates.

    Thanks.

    If you check the source code of the test page I provided, you will see that I embedded the form code like this (highlighted in yellow) . You can click on the image to zoom in.

    <a target="_blank" href="https://www.jotform.com/form/22326838063252" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow" >

    <span style="background-color: #000000; color: #ffffff; font-size: x-large;">CLICK HERE FOR REDEMPTION FORM</span></a>

    Can you able to do this on your web page? Can you edit the source code and insert the code like this?
    There is a built-in html editor in Magento, you could have used that.
    But base on the discussion so far, you cannot seem to use this editor. That is why I am now suggesting a bit of a direct injection method.
    Thanks.

    If OK with you, -- at this time, I would suggest getting help with someone that have a know-how on Magento and your website. Managing web site will require some html/web forms/web pages skills and knowledge at the least.

    Having a technically skilled person on your side will make your tasks far more productive and efficient.

    As for your latest concern... could it be that have unintentionally disabled the "voucher tab" menu in your page? Try to check in the control panel of your site editor if you can find something similar that will give details on what could be causing the disappearance.

    Hope this help.

    Thanks.
