How do I subscribe to JotForm on my company account?

    Dear sir or madam, we would like to buy your services but don't know how to do it on company account? 


    Where can we insert VAT?

    I have checked your account and see that it is already upgraded to Bronze yearly plan. To answer your question, we also accept POs to upgrade the account. However, it takes 10 to 15 business days to upgrade the account since it takes time to process the payment by our payment processor after receiving your PO.
