Account Access and Editing

I was the original creator of a jotform account. I created sub accounts and now one of those accounts has paid for upgrading our subscription. However, they needed to create their own account to do so. They have since shared the forms with me and made me a sub account as well. But, under my account it still says we need more submission storage and it will not allow me to create any new forms.

How do we resolve this?  My account is mklausner. The new owner is hmb448.

This is because the forms and its data still resides in your account and not with the account that was upgraded. Sub-user accounts don't acquire the limits of the main account.

Since your account is also set as the sub-user of upgraded account, I would suggest that you just transfer the forms in your account to the account with the paid subscription, if possible.

And just request to have full access to the forms that are shared with your account — How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User
