    Having trouble with Hide condition

    Hi - I am try in to add conditions to one of my forms so that under Payment Preferences the individual conditions 1 BACS payments and 2 Cheque payments do not show.

     

    I have triued the most obvious solution - when payment ptreference = Paypal then hide 1 Bacs etc

    This does not work. Could you offer some guidance as to how I acheive this so that I can follow for further conditions.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As far as I understand, you want to Show some fields based on user initiated action (click on the PayPal/Check option). This can be achieved with Show conditions, you actually did this for your PayPal option. Show conditions will hide corresponding fields if conditions does not match.
