Pre-Populated URL - The checkbox field options do not work half the time

    When opening a link to a pre-populated form, there seems to be a "hit or miss" scenario where sometimes you'll get the form completely filled out and other times the boxes that should have been pre-checked are not.

    I have checked the link that you have provided and after some attempts I think I was able to replicate the issue.

    It looks like when the link is copied and pasted in the same browser window, one time the checkbox will be prepopulated and one time it will not.

    It will always work the first time the URL is clicked.

    Let me forward this to our developers and we will let you know when there is an update.

    I also suggest you use the PrePopulate Application to try and create a new pre-populated URL for the form.
