Sending notifications to multiple users using Google Distribution List

Hello JotForm Support!

I'm having issued getting e-mail notifications sent to a Google Distribution List when someone submits their JotForm response. I currently have it set up to go to my e-mail address and it's working perfectly. However, I want it to go to an e-mail Distribution List so multiple people can get notified of their response. I simply changed it from my e-mail address (kbelluomo@xactlycorp.com) to the address of the distribution list (itchecklist@xactlycorp.com), but as soon as I made this change e-mail notifications stopped entirely. Everything is spelled correctly.

Do you have any insights into why this would be happening?

The Gmail distribution list address only works inside your Gmail Account, that's why Jotform fails to deliver the notifications, because this email address doesn't actually exists, it works only as an alias to a list of email addresses inside your Gmail Account.

In order to notify multiple people about new submissions in your form, you could add all their email addresses to the notification list, as shown by the image below:
