Emails not being recieved

    We got submissions but emails alerting us do not reach us. Could you check if I did something silly in the settings while I check Spam Filters please

    The notification appears to be well setup. Please check if the notifications have landed in your spam folder. Also, you may ask your email service provider to add to their white-list our domain names and sending IP addresses: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
