My form has disappeared

    my form has disappeared I need help to get it back up now.

    I checked your account and I can see that you only have 1 form (http://www.jotform.us/form/81395409952163).

    May I know what form are you referring to? You can provide the form ID or the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded.

    I found it in trash and restored it. I had to restore it from laptop could not restore from phone.
