Forms not showing on Safari or Firefox

Hello and good afternoon,

I am using multiple forms for my website. These forms are working fine on IE and Chrome, but do not show on Safari or Firefox.

Can you help me with this?

I have checked the links provided using FireFox and Safari browsers and see that the forms are loading normally at my end.

Could you try opening the web page in a private/incognito window to see if they are loading normally? You may also try clearing the browser cache to check if that helps.
